As a Quality Control & NDE Technician, you will be part of the Quality Team, reporting to the Global Supplier Quality & Performance Manager. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality of parts received from suppliers meets Roxar PO requirements.
You will handle non-conformances towards suppliers, timely resolve supplier quality issues, and offer clarifications. Additionally, you will assist with supplier improvement, on-boarding activities, and production fault finding.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Ensure the quality of parts received from suppliers meets Roxar PO requirements.
- Handle non-conformances towards suppliers, timely resolve supplier quality issues, and offer clarifications.
- Assist with supplier improvement, on-boarding activities, and production fault finding.
- Perform Non-Destructive Examination of in-house welded components and assemblies.
- Plan the control process, select measuring instruments and methods.
- Conduct measurements with measuring tools, measuring fixture, and visual inspection of parts and assemblies.
- Report, record, and store inspection results, traceability, and deviations.
- Ensure supplier performance aligns with Emerson standards and represent the company professionally at supplier locations.
- Maintain a high focus on quality, ensuring customer and product requirements are met.
