Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Lead Engineer to join our team at ABB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical power distribution, with experience in designing and delivering high voltage and medium voltage systems.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, reporting directly to the Senior Engineering Manager. As a Senior Project Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery of quality solutions that meet customer expectations.

You will provide technical support for engineering, testing, installation, and commissioning activities, acting as a technical specialist with expertise in electrical systems. Your role will involve working closely with the Project Management team, the Project Engineering team, suppliers, and customers to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical power distribution plants, including high, medium, and low voltage switchboards, transformers, rotating equipment, and more.
  • Develop and implement design solutions according to customer requirements and applicable standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
