MCC Label, a global leader in premium labels, seeks a dedicated HR Coordinator - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Stavanger. As an industry leader, we help brands stand out in competitive markets and inspire positive consumer experiences.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with great communication skills to support the HR department's daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting hiring managers with job requisitions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. You will also manage job offer processes, prepare employment contracts, and oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure employees are paid timely and accurately.

About the Role

• Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Onboarding and Offboarding: Plan the onboarding process for new hires, set up digital profiles in HRIS, and handle exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues, support policy implementation, and assist in resolving grievances.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies, maintain accurate records, and prepare HR reports.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They possess excellent computer skills, fluency in Norwegian and English, and experience in an HR role, preferably in an international company. Strong organizational and time management skills, integrity, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Salary Range

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around 450,000 - 550,000 NOK per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a competitive salary, reflective of the market rate for a similar position in Stavanger.
