Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Controller to lead our finance team and drive financial strategy and operations forward. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, group accounting, and consolidation principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial reporting cycle, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, and overseeing statutory audits. They will also develop and maintain processes for tracking and reporting ESG metrics, and drive efficiency and process improvements through standardization and automation.

This role requires a proactive and hands-on individual who can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and precision. A great communicator, the successful candidate will be able to explain complex financial concepts clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the financial reporting cycle
  2. Ensure compliance with IFRS standards

  4. Develop and maintain ESG processes
  5. Drive efficiency and process improvements
What You Will Be Doing

You will be acting as a key finance partner across departments, streamlining financial workflows, advising on complex accounting issues, and leveraging technology to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.

You will also be collaborating cross-functionally with Legal and Operations teams to optimize financial strategies and driving business growth through financial excellence.
