Research Trainee

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our Research Trainee program in Group Research and Development (GRD). As a Research Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that contribute to the development of new technologies and solutions for the maritime, energy, and digital assurance sectors.

• Conduct research and development projects in collaboration with our experts and partners
• Develop and apply new technologies and methods to solve complex problems
• Collaborate with our business areas to ensure that our research is relevant and impactful
• Communicate research findings and results to stakeholders

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field (e.g. computer science, statistics, simulations, programming, machine learning)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse environment
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Graduation with a Master's or PhD degree from 2023-2025 (up to max 2 years of working experience)
