As a leading player in our industry, TN Norway is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Law Expert to join our Global Contracting team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on contractual matters and help drive business success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial/transactional law and experience reviewing and drafting contracts. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a virtual, global, and multi-cultural team.
In this role, you will provide formal legal review and risk analysis of customer contracts and advise the bid manager/KAM as well as other levels of management during the decision-making process. You will ensure that contracts are aligned with the strategic earning ambitions for each customer/segment as well as the overall strategy expectations for TN Norway with regards to growth, earnings, and cash flow.
Your primary tasks will include representing TN Norway in reviewing, amending, and negotiating a variety of contracts, forms, or agreements with customers. You will support the contracting process and contract management, assess project risks, actively engage in the risk review process for projects, and collaborate with the business on strategies to mitigate risk.
You will also provide advice on legal and commercial contract-related matters as well as on matters pertaining to other functional responsibilities of the Global Contracting team. Additionally, you will advocate and ensure compliance with TN Norway processes, policies, guidelines, and values.

- Bachelor degree in law or equivalent
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience as a legal professional or contract manager is preferred
