About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring that our projects are carried out within agreed timeframes, quality standards, and budgets. You will serve as the client's trusted advisor, organizing and assessing project needs in close dialogue with them.

You will plan, manage, and conduct projects in various phases, including concept development, regulatory processes, contract management, selecting procurement models, risk management, scheduling, and project/financial management.

Your responsibilities will include developing advisory services within project management to benefit our clients and improve internal routines and processes through knowledge sharing.

You will promote close collaboration and effective communication with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Relevant higher education (minimum Bachelor level)
  • 10–15 years of project management experience, with a focus on large public-sector projects
  • Expertise in early-phase work (idea/concept development)
  • Experience with hospital projects, public authority buildings, or defense construction
  • Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, planning processes, negotiations, and collaborative project delivery
  • Commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and various project frameworks
