Job Description

Job Title: LCI/LCI Manager

Job Summary:

Techconsult AS is seeking a highly skilled LCI/LCI Manager to lead the development and implementation of LCI/DFO Management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for project strategy, work instructions, and guidelines, as well as ensuring the implementation of Supplier Document Instructions (SDI).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. LCI/DFO Management System Development: Develop and implement LCI/DFO Management systems, including project strategy and work instructions/guidelines.
  2. Supplier Document Instructions (SDI): Ensure the implementation of SDI.
  3. System Setup and Data Control: Assist IT in setting up and testing engineering systems/tools used in the project.
  4. LCI Deliverables Management: Manage, coordinate, and follow up LCI deliverables according to the LCI/DFO strategy.
  5. Tag Transfer and Verification: Follow up tag transfer according to ENS/Client requirements and take lead in verifying suppliers' final documentation/tag data.
  6. LCI Handover and Verification: Verify LCI handover prior to Ready for Commissioning/Ready for Operation (RFC/RFO).
  7. Project Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Follow up LCI issues in Project Risk management / Project Quality Assurance systems.
  8. LCI Verifications and Reporting: Perform LCI verifications and report observations.
  9. Management System Maintenance: Implement, maintain, and give feedback in our Management system, W3, (project procedures & work instructions) within areas of responsibility for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor or Master degree. Lack of education can be compensated with relevant experience.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with LCI/DFO management, preferably within O&G projects on the Norwegian continental shelf or the OW sector.
  3. Equipment Supplier Experience: Experience in Equipment Supplier's project organization is an advantage.
  4. Multi-Discipline Experience: Multi-discipline experience within project engineering from detail engineering stage throughout construction and commissioning phase and handover to operations.
  5. Communication and Teamwork: Good communication skills, cooperative working attitude, and acceptance for multicultural team environment.
  6. Independence and Systematic Approach: Ability to work independently as well as in a team, systematic, and accurate.
  7. Deadline and Quality Focus: High loyalty to deadline and quality requirements.
  8. Proactivity and Innovation: Proactive, seeking advice and sharing own experiences with others, innovative approach, and a network builder.
  9. Language Skills: Fluent Norwegian and English skills – both orally and in writing.
  10. Engineering Information Systems: Competence in Engineering Information systems, Project Completion System Tools, Document Management Systems, i.e. Proarc.
