Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Center Security Specialist to manage the physical security at our EMEA NTE Environment. The selected individual will be responsible for managing the on-site operational physical security of our NTE Data Centers, including access control systems and processes, guard force management, reporting security metrics, security audits, and incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate site incidents and provide detailed reports
  2. Analyze situations, make quick decisions, and formulate action plans
  3. Compile concise and accurate security reports
  4. Create and manage key performance metrics
  5. Work with security service providers
  6. Train others in security procedures
  7. Travel is a business need and can be up to a 60% requirement

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of security operations and at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001
  • Working knowledge of video surveillance equipment
  • Experienced training others in security procedures
  • In possession of a valid driver's license
