Job Responsibilities:- Monitor Nodnett transmission, base station, control room, and core network elements using developed tools.
- Identify and interpret alarms and comprehend their impact.
- Prioritize alarms and incidents and take appropriate action.
- Provide first-line investigation support on customer faults received.
- Operate daily within a structured ITIL framework.
- Understand and operate within clearly defined SLA agreements.
- Eescalate faults to second-line support, providing necessary detail.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers while demonstrating knowledge and competence.
- Support field technicians.
- Understand escalation and emergency procedures and know when to invoke them.
- Log ticket information clearly and update regularly.
