Patent Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Patent Attorney to join our team in Oslo. As a Patent Attorney, you will work with clients ranging from small enterprises to multinational companies, handling all types of patent issues.

About the Role

  • Responsibility for all aspects of the patenting process, including drafting and prosecution of patent applications;
  • Preparing infringement opinions, validity opinions, and freedom-to-operate analyses;
  • Participating in clients' IPR strategies;
  • Direct client contact and handling patent issues.

About You

  • Graduate degree in an engineering discipline, preferably within electronics and/or computer science;
  • Experience from industry, research or consultancy;
  • Interest in technology, law and innovation;
  • Fluent English and Norwegian, Danish or Swedish language skills;
  • Structured, organised, self-driven and proactive individual.
