About the Role:
  • Leading a Team: You will be responsible for motivating and leading your on-site team, including onboarding, effective task planning, and quality control.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional service and support to our customers at the location, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Fleet Management: You will have full responsibility for the local vehicle fleet, including documentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and coordination with local service partners.
  • Process Improvement: You will work closely with our central departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
