About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Service Leader to drive and support our dealer partner's service network management in Norway. In this exciting position, you will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong and customer-focused After Sales service level in the designated region.
Your responsibilities will include planning and organizing regular dealer visits, meetings, workshops, and other activities with regional partners. You will also be responsible for ensuring the localization and implementation of our BYD aftersales policies and standards in the network.
Key performance indicators include driving and supporting dealer partner's service network management with service preparation, monitoring, and managing the aftersales business plan, as well as steering the dealer partner's continuous service level improvement.
You will work closely with our Chinese and European HQ to create, implement, and ensure regular ad hoc performance reporting. Additionally, you will ensure implementation of our customer-centric approach and unique BYD customer experience at dealer partners.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or e-mobility industry
- HBO+ working and thinking level, acquired by education or work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian language and English
- High-level attention to details, time management, and accuracy
