Clinical Trials Logistics Expert Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Trials Logistics Expert to join our team in Oslo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the logistical aspects of clinical trials, including the creation and maintenance of demand forecasts and packaging plans.

Key qualifications for this role include a strong background in clinical trials, excellent project management skills, and experience with IRT systems.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Job Requirements:
  • Interpret clinical trial protocols to create and execute an effective clinical trial supply chain solution.
  • Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts and packaging plans.
  • Initiate packaging campaigns with assigned vendors and provide oversight to ensure timely delivery.
  • Set up, monitor, and update Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems as necessary.
  • Develop and implement temperature excursion management plans.
