Lily Country Club is seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team. As a key member of our F&B department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating innovative cocktails, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement seasonal drink menus in collaboration with our Bar Manager
- Maintain a high level of beverage knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, preferably in a high-volume bar environment
- Prior experience in cocktail creation and menu development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
