Pediatric Infusion Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and caring nurse to join our team and make a meaningful impact in pediatric healthcare. As a research nurse, you will play a critical role in supporting our Home Care Programs, administering infusion therapies to children, ensuring the highest level of care, safety, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing home visits to study participants.
• Administer intravenous (IV) infusions to pediatric patients in compliance with clinical protocols and best practices.
• Monitor patients during and after infusion treatments to ensure safety and manage any potential side effects or complications.
• Provide clear communication and support to young patients and their families, addressing concerns and offering reassurance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient needs are met.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting procedures, observations, and outcomes.
• Monitor patients' condition throughout their participation.
• Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year experience working in pediatric nursing, with a focus on infusion therapies.
• Proven ability to administer intravenous infusions safely and effectively in children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with children and families.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection prevention measures.
• Theoretical knowledge of the relevant disease process.
• Basic level of English knowledge.
