Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at IKM Consultants AS. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule for the Commissioning and Offshore phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and integrate information from various stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling.
  • Coordinate Onshore/Offshore Commissioning and Completion activities.
  • Lead project progress reviews and validate actual progress.
  • Ensure consistency of internal and external stakeholders' commitments.
  • Highlight critical path and risks linked to the project schedule and propose optimization and mitigation actions.
  • Contribute to project strategy in compliance with project management requirements.
  • Prepare schedule and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Master or Bachelor degree in technical or commercial topics.
  • Relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a project planner.
  • Work experience with Safran Project is essential.
  • Experience with EPCI-C projects and offshore operations and commissioning activities.
  • Agility to juggle with schedule simulations, various scenarios, and changing project goals.
  • Collaborative and proactive working attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • High loyalty to deadline and quality requirements.
  • Structured and engaged co-worker.
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, Norwegian is an advantage.
