Data Centre Commissioning Lead

We are looking for an experienced Data Centre Commissioning Lead to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our commissioning team, you will be responsible for leading the commissioning of electrical systems in our data centre project.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commissioning strategies to ensure efficient and effective execution.
  • Manage and coordinate commissioning activities with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely completion and quality deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in electrical commissioning, preferably within data centres or mission-critical environments.
  • Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, UPS, and generators.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (IEC, IEEE, Uptime Institute requirements).
