Role Overview

The Crew Planner will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of our OCC team, including planning and delivering resources in accordance with applicable rules and regulations, contractual requirements, and to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Short- and long-term planning and optimisation of resources.
  • Utilisation and planning in accordance with company requirements, legislation, and budgeting.
  • Effective use of systems, data, and operational knowledge to ensure optimal resource utilisation.
  • Frequent follow-ups and arrangements of various training requirements.
  • Monitoring of work and rest hours for crew, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Preparation and follow-up of reports and statistics.
  • Continuous improvement of processes and systems for crew planning and scheduling.
  • Maintenance and ownership of systems related to crew planning and scheduling.
  • Arrangements for travel and accommodation.
  • Contributions to administrative tasks, such as invoicing, salary changes, and holiday schedules.
