- Leadership Development: Secure all leadership development deliverables within the growing scope of the Global Learning Center, as part of Global Business Services HR.
- Partnerships: Work closely with HR BPs, Group HR, Head of GBS HR, and other relevant departments to align and develop strategic and practical tasks that meet business needs.
We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in organizational and leadership development. Experience in managing customer and partner relations, as well as a proven track record of driving process improvements, is essential for this role. Strong communication and collaboration abilities are also required, as well as the ability to analyze data and drive results-oriented initiatives.
