We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in demonstrating the health and business impact of our platform on patients and partners.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the Healthcare/HealthTech domain. They should possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and be able to prioritize and communicate the business value of each analysis to non-expert stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design analytics products for clients to access and utilize our anonymized data.
  2. Proactively identify insights for clients to secure value-capture and motivate them to accelerate the deployment of our solution(s).
  3. Build and maintain performance dashboards for our Patient Lifecycle team (user acquisition and engagement).
  4. Generate hypotheses for product improvement for our Product team.
  5. Maintain strong data governance by defining data schemas and consistent naming conventions to ensure maintainability of the solution.
