Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and build the tech team – manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers and data scientists.
  • Own the technical roadmap – shape and execute our cloud, AI, and data strategy for scalable growth.
  • Tinker, experiment, and innovate – work with large, complex, and often unknown datasets to refine and enhance Aqua Insights' predictive models.
  • Architect and optimize our cloud infrastructure – deploy and scale on AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms), ensuring security, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop proprietary AI and ML models – leverage advanced machine learning techniques to provide real-time insights and improve risk prediction.

We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong cloud background, AI/ML expertise, and technical leadership skills. You will collaborate across disciplines to ensure our technology aligns with real-world water utility challenges.
