About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team at Tietoevry Banking. As a key member of our database administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Oracle databases, providing high-quality database services to our customers, and contributing to the development of our database infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain Oracle databases to meet the needs of our customers
  • Develop and implement database security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of customer data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve database-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle database technologies and best practices
  • Participate in on-call duty rotations to ensure 24/7 database support
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database technologies, including Oracle Database 12c and 19c
  • Experience with database security, backup and recovery, and performance tuning
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
