As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing delivery of spares and services, providing aftermarket support, and ensuring availability and predictability to customers. You will collaborate closely with technical engineers to present value-adding service offerings, manage customer inquiries, and ensure seamless invoicing.
You will provide spare parts sales, onboard and remote service, software/hardware modifications, and handle customer communications, working closely with our Global Customer Support teams worldwide.
