Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical AV Integrator to join our team. As a Technical AV Integrator, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and integrating Cyviz Visualization Solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to work closely with our clients and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Installation and configuration of Cyviz Visualization Solutions, including displays, room control systems, video processing, video conferencing codecs, video matrix, audio DSP, and network IP configuration.
• Managing subcontractors on-site, coordinating with customer/partner resources as needed.
• Conducting onsite user training for customers on system operation and ensuring smooth handover of projects.
• Performing site surveys to determine the best solution for client spaces and requirements for Cyviz installations.
• Carrying out maintenance service visits to upgrade systems to the latest firmware/software and ensuring optimal configuration of audio, video, and IT systems.
• Maintaining the Cyviz Experience Center (CEC) and client premises to ensure facilities run smoothly from a technical perspective and providing support as needed for customer demonstrations.
• Providing technical support for setup, teardown, and troubleshooting of Cyviz equipment at tradeshows and offering training to partners and end-users.

Requirements/Qualifications:
• 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong interest in AV system integration and IT networking.
• Familiarity with room control systems, audio DSP, and video matrix technologies.
• Proven ability to manage projects onsite and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding AV wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Capacity to maintain a neat work area at jobsites and work effectively with integrators and clients.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and consultative skills in fast-paced environments.
