At TN Norway, we are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with international banks and card issuers to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and Swedish. Experience in case management and dispute handling is highly desirable. The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process complaints from Nordic and international banks
  2. Collaborate closely with customers to resolve issues related to disputes
  3. Participate in the development of our dispute handling service
