Embedded Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an Embedded Sales Specialist to join our sales team in Arrow Norway.
This role involves developing and executing commercial strategies to drive sales growth and profitability across our customer base. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating with suppliers to maximize product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Manage customer relationships and identify business opportunities
- Coordinate with suppliers to maximize product offerings
- Generate sales and grow sales profitably across the line card within a defined customer base
- Work closely with account managers and field applications engineers to drive sales and business growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers to achieve business advantage
- Exceed sales and profit objectives within the assigned customer base
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
- Effective communication with people at all levels
- Fluency in English and Norwegian
