Body Repair Technician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Body Repair Technician to join our team at Tesla, Inc. in Oslo Karihaugen. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repairs on Tesla vehicles, from basic to medium complexity, using their expertise in collision repair techniques and industry-standard procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of vehicle construction, tooling, and equipment, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of body repair processes and techniques.
  • Carry out high-quality repairs in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

What You'll Bring:

  • Vocational certificate in body repairs/collision technician.
  • Proven experience as a Body Repair Technician in a body shop environment.
  • Experience working with adhesive bonding and mechanical fasteners.
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating web browsers and standard applications like Microsoft Word.
