The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. As a key player in our Infectious Disease division, you'll be responsible for driving growth and development in the Norwegian market. Your primary focus will be on researching, identifying, and prioritizing key opportunities within the region, with a direct impact on earnings corresponding to sales targets.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service in the Norwegian market.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Abbott RDx Infections Disease product portfolio within assigned areas and business units.
  3. Lead and initiate projects, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed financial and strategic objectives.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key accounts and tender partners.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  6. Participate in sales and marketing meetings, as well as key industry conferences and events.
  7. Develop and articulate compelling business cases to secure long-term strategic partnerships.
  8. Travel expectation: 50% of the time.

Qualifications

  1. Higher education in Business, Biological Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of managing stakeholders in sales cycles, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  3. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and business opportunities.
  4. Working knowledge and experience with medical equipment leasing and managed services, preferred.
  5. Strong proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems.
  6. Fluency in Norwegian and English language is a must.
