Senior Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex projects within our Product Line. This includes:

1. Earning customer satisfaction through close cooperation and dialogue with the customer and on-time deliveries.
2. Maintain our industry reputation by utilizing and continued development of our highly skilled co-workers and ensuring a motivated and high-performance project team.
3. Project execution of assigned contracts within the Product Line according to the contract company methods, policies, and routines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in leadership within Project Engineering / Management with international customers and/or suppliers.
• Minimum 5 years industry experience from marine, offshore, or process industry.
• Higher technical education, bachelor or master degree within marine, mechanical, or process technology.
• Project Manager Certification or relevant experience is a benefit (PMI or equivalent).
• Business mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
