Maritime Trainer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maritime Trainer to join our team at Kongsberg Gruppen. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our clients.

About the Role:

• Deliver training courses to maritime professionals, using a full mission Kongsberg Simulator or remotely.
• Develop and maintain our course portfolio, ensuring it reflects the changing needs of our clients.
• Participate in projects, providing consultancy services to offshore clients requiring maritime expertise.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements:

• A background as a Maritime Officer, with relevant certifications such as a COC/Deck Officer Certificate Class 1 and DP Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Shuttle Tanker industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
