Job Requirements

The Flow Assurance Lead/Engineer role requires a strong background in flow assurance, with expertise in the use of flow assurance simulation tools and experience working in development projects. The successful candidate will also possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. In addition to the technical requirements, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the energy industry and its challenges. They will be able to develop and implement flow assurance strategies that meet the needs of the business and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement flow assurance strategies that meet the needs of the business
* Identify and mitigate flow assurance risks
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
* Ensure documented quality of Flow Assurance deliverables

Requirements

* Master's degree or PhD in Fluid Mechanics, Multiphase Flow, Physics, or other relevant technical disciplines
* Minimum 7 years of experience with flow assurance work in development projects
* Expert competence with use of the flow assurance simulation tools
* Ability to work independently to plan and provide specialist support to address Flow Assurance related issues
* Strong collaboration skills across disciplines and in diverse teams
* Creative, analytical, and flexible skills
* Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and Norwegian skills are beneficial
