Oceaneering AS, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the oil and gas industry, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Analyst to join our team in Stavanger. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting Operations in Norway by preparing accurate management information and driving financial performance.

We are looking for an experienced Finance Project Analyst who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing monthly internal and external reporting, including financial statements and management accounts;
• Supporting project managers and teams with financial analysis and planning;
• Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions;
• Recording forecast and free cash flow at the project level;
• Assisting with bid review preparation and development;
• Supporting variance analysis and reconciliations;
• Supporting asset management and customer collection;
• Driving implementation of financial standards and processes within the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field;
• 0-6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and planning;
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English;
• A collaborative working style and ability to work across multiple geographies.

Oceaneering offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately 625,000 NOK per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

The position is located at Forus (Stavanger), Norway, and requires the ability to travel occasionally to sites as needed.
