We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Procurement Specialist to lead cost-saving initiatives, optimize procurement processes, and design the indirect category strategy for our new procurement organization. In this key role, you will ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustainability while fostering collaboration across business platforms to establish best-in-class standards for procuring indirect products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and develop the category strategy for the Indirect Category, including items such as facility management and professional services.
- Manage cost-savings targets for indirect spend by identifying and executing cost-saving initiatives at group and platform level, leveraging synergies across platforms.
- Establish and refine procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management in Indirect Category.
