Young Professionals Estimating, Weight and Quantity Specialist

Aker Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Young Professionals Estimating, Weight and Quantity Specialist to join our team in Trondheim. As a key member of our Life Cycle segment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring safe operations and optimizing field life solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and evaluate cost, quantity, and weight estimates in all phases of a project.
- Collaborate closely with other project control disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
- Work closely with engineering disciplines to ensure accurate quantity forecasting and weight management.
- Conduct quantity measurement for as-built close out and weight management during project execution and close out.
- Analyze and compare estimates with actual figures to identify areas for improvement.
- Student graduating in 2025 or recent years with a Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent people skills, networking ability, and a team player mindset.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Proactive and curious with an analytical mindset and ability to work structured and with great accuracy.
- Comfortable working both in a team and independently.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both verbally and written.
