A Day in the Life of a Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Cognite, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver digital solutions that meet our customers' needs. Your day will be filled with initiative and creative problem-solving as you navigate complex projects and stakeholder landscapes.

You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders, solving complex problems, and comprehending intricate technology. Your ability to navigate stakeholder landscapes and build strong relationships with customers and partners will be essential to your success.

What We're Looking For
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Math, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical (software) project management, digital transformation, or software consulting.
  • Possess a passion for driving change and creating customer success, with multiple stakeholders and partners involved.
  • Enthusiasm for overcoming challenges and setting ambitious, innovative goals.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, build strong teams, and cultivate customer and partner relationships.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous working environment, yet be able to add structure to our deliveries.
  • Familiarity with IoT, cloud solutions, or machine learning models is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - fluency in German and English are required.
  • Ability to navigate stakeholder landscapes.
  • Willingness to travel, if necessary.
