Digital Marketing Specialist for EMEA Growth

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and applying the appropriate advertising solutions through active collaboration with Norwegian companies and digital marketing agency partners.

Your primary goal will be to work with a wide variety of advertisers, delivering optimal digital advertising solutions that meet their unique needs. You will also work towards individual sales targets and be part of a larger sales team increasing the client customer base across EMEA.

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your responsibilities will include implementing creative ways to improve client relationships, providing strategic advice, and consistently delivering against assigned quotas. You will also communicate proactively with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

To succeed in this role, you will need a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, a C2 level of Norwegian, and the ability to speak and write English fluently. You should also have at least one year of experience in digital marketing, preferably building and optimizing PPC campaigns, as well as experience in sales.

You will be a team player with leadership and high communication skills, possessing strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. A passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising is essential, along with a desire to learn and develop.

This is a full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) with a permanent contract. You will receive a relocation package, including flight tickets, accommodation (up to two months), and support with private health insurance. You will also participate in four weeks of intense introduction training and enjoy a dynamic business casual environment with colleagues of all ages.
