We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Associate to join our team at Head Energy. In this role, you will be responsible for performing work according to guidelines provided in BMS and INS-0010169 within the areas of Goods Receipt, Quality Control, Goods Issue, Stock Placement and Shipment of material.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for performing work according to guidelines provided in BMS and INS-0010169
  • Work in compliance with HSE and Quality procedures
  • Perform Goods receipt in SAP for all received goods

You will be responsible for initial inspection of all received goods, performing quality control on demand, and moving parts to blocked stock if necessary. You will also be responsible for calling technical support on demand, stock placement of materials/spares, and reporting and registering all deviations on received goods.

We are looking for an individual with a certificate of completed apprenticeship in Logistic or equivalent, a certificate in packing and safe loading/knowledge NoG091/Airfreight regulations/Dangerous goods movement, and a minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience.
