Project Overview

Omega 365 Consulting is a leading supplier of highly skilled project personnel in the oil and gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Active participation in achieving project HSSEQ goals.
  • Review and ensure compliance with Client technical documentation and requirements.
  • Monitor design and construction for welding and construction of structural and piping systems.
  • Liaise and lead NDE verification with Company Site QC.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Site team, driving discipline projects forward.
  • Follow up on welding, QA/QC routines, and procedures for the Construction/Completion phase.
  • Participate in inspection activities according to the Inspection and Test plan (ITP).
  • Conduct audits onsite and with vendors for Quality and HSSE.
  • Ensure contractors' operators have adequate skills in respective trades.
  • Participate in documentation and sign out certificates during installation.
  • Monitor receipt and storage of materials for traceability.

Requirements

  • Technical education.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Surveillance within the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience in fabrication/construction of oil & gas modules/piping.
  • NDT inspection certification (Level 2 of AS 3998, ISO 9712, PCN or equivalent).
  • Welding inspection certification (CSWIP/AWS).
  • Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASME, EN, API, IEC, NACE, NORSOK, European CE marking).
  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • Quality & HSE Mind-set and behavior.
