The Educational Equality Institute is a non-profit organization based in Norway, dedicated to providing educational opportunities to disadvantaged girls. In response to the war in Ukraine, we launched the "Together for Ukraine" project, aiming to educate 100,000 Ukrainians through free programs.

We are seeking passionate volunteers to join our team as Digital Skills Online Class Instructors. As an instructor, you will deliver educational content through online classes, helping students enhance their digital and tech skills. We encourage you to teach topics you are comfortable with and knowledgeable about.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans for online classes focused on digital skills you are proficient in.
  • Conduct live virtual classes for students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to improve teaching strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in teaching or tutoring digital and tech skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and implement effective lesson plans.
  • Comfortable using online teaching platforms.
  • Passion for education and helping underprivileged communities.
  • Fluency in English.
