The role involves working closely with clients to understand their technical needs and providing technical expertise to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing Microsoft 365 SAAS based solutions that align with clients' goals and objectives.
  2. Developing and implementing technical architectures for Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams etc.), Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, hybrid on-premises technologies (AD, Entra Connect, ADFS, etc.) utilizing major 3rd party Identity Provider Solutions such as Ping ID and/or Okta and hygiene technologies and migration tools.
  3. Developing and implementing security controls for the aforementioned solutions with Microsoft security tools.
  4. Conducting technical assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization within existing Microsoft 365 environments.
  5. Staying up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies, features, and best practices, and providing recommendations to clients for leveraging these advancements.
  6. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft 365, including performance, connectivity, and security concerns.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  2. Certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, are highly desirable.
  3. Working experience in Identity and Access Management context with Microsoft technologies.
  4. Full working proficiency in both Norwegian and English.
  5. Experience in a customer-facing technology consultancy role.
  6. Good understanding and working experience with ITSM Tools and ITIL Methodology.
  7. Experience working in a multi-national organization and having good cultural sensitivity awareness.
