TN Norway is seeking an exceptional Senior Piping and Layout Professional to lead our piping and layout engineering team. As a senior member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing piping and layout design strategies that meet project requirements and industry standards.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate piping and layout engineering activities across various projects.
- Develop and implement piping and layout design strategies that meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of piping and layout engineering activities.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure they meet performance targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in piping and layout engineering, preferably in the energy, process, renewables, or oil and gas industry.
- Excellent knowledge of international standards such as API, ISO, NORSOK, ASME, and EU commission regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
