The Radisson Blu Hotel, Bodø is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead front office operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in managing front office teams. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to drive hotel targets and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include managing front office operations, developing and implementing plans to achieve hotel targets, leading and motivating the front office team, and preparing and controlling the departmental budget.

  • Manage daily front office operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve hotel targets and initiatives
  • Lead and motivate the front office team, promoting a culture of growth and development
  • Prepare and control the departmental budget, ensuring costs are controlled and productivity levels are met
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and vendors
