Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Working Environment Engineer to join our team at Head Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expertise in working environment assessments, vendor package follow-up, accessibility evaluations, HMI design, noise and vibration assessments, and chemical risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in safety engineering or a relevant education, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in working environment roles. Additionally, they should have experience from oil & gas projects, knowledge of Norsok standards, excellent cooperation and teamworking skills, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to design basis inputs
  • Prepare and participate in reviews (WEHRA etc)
  • Working environment assessments
  • Vendor package follow-up
  • Accessibility evaluations
  • HMI design
  • Noise and vibration assessments
  • Chemical risk assessments
