The People & Culture Organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Professional to drive, shape, and deliver our people strategy. This individual will act as the Head of People & Culture overseeing and consulting on people-related topics and provide leadership to strengthen our inclusive culture.
This role oversees HR matters in the Nordic & Baltic Market Unit and collaborates with employees and local and regional Senior Management.
- Represent the voice of HR in the country and act as Head of People & Culture in the Market Unit and in the respective countries.
- Lead the People Agenda in the Nordic Market Unit through leading and coordinating the distributed Nordic P&C Team in a matrix setup.
- Contribute as a member of the Market Unit Core Leadership Team and as a member of Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden Local Leadership Teams.
- Deliver outstanding and innovative people experiences by demonstrating empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Embody the importance of leadership and employee engagement for a hybrid workforce.
- Act as a link between social well-being, mental health, and business priorities.
- Provide a flex work and digital workplace experience that is simple, intuitive, and connected.
- Strategically align with Board Area HRBP leads to ensure one voice to our business leaders.
- Secure and develop SAP Culture and Values and act as a cultural ambassador at all times.
- Work with employee networks to maintain a permanent connection with employees and understand their current needs and overall mood.
