Job Overview

We are seeking a volunteer Fundraising Specialist to oversee and manage all aspects of fundraising campaigns and activities at TEEI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with TEEI's mission and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with donors and stakeholders.
  • Identify and research potential new partners and develop strategies to build relationships with them.
  • Explore innovative ways to generate funding for the NGO, including researching and identifying new fundraising strategies.
  • Track fundraising progress, analyze data, and report results to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with fundraising software, online platforms, and other tools to support fundraising efforts.
