The Educational Equality Institute is a Norwegian NGO committed to educating and empowering disadvantaged girls.

In response to the war in Ukraine, we launched the project: "Together for Ukraine"

Our mission is to help 100,000 Ukrainians shape their future through education, upskilling, and employment.

We are seeking a volunteer Fundraising Specialist to oversee and manage all aspects of fundraising campaigns and activities at TEEI.

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with TEEI's mission and goals.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with donors and stakeholders.
• Identify and research potential new partners and develop strategies to build relationships with them.
• Explore innovative ways to generate funding for the NGO, including researching and identifying new fundraising strategies.
• Track fundraising progress, analyze data, and report results to senior leadership.

• At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors and communicate effectively with team members.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with fundraising software, online platforms, and other tools to support fundraising efforts.

• Remote and flexible scheduling, with a minimum of 6 hours of work per week.
