Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of complex M&A transactions, including ECM and DCM activities.
  • Develop and spearhead marketing materials and financial models that drive business results.
  • Support the preparation of transaction documents, such as teasers, information memoranda, and management presentations.
  • Conduct advanced company analysis and develop financial models that inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage due diligence processes, ensuring seamless virtual data room organization and client interactions.
Your Profile & Skills
  • 4+ years of relevant investment banking or transaction experience.
  • A qualifying academic degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical, modeling, and communication skills.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented teamwork.
  • High proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent language skills in English and Norwegian.
