As a Maritime Operations Coordinator at Wärtsilä, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service projects. Your primary responsibility will be to handle and resolve customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues. You will be the focal point for customers seeking assistance, managing a diverse range of international service projects related to the maintenance, repair, and upgrades onboard our maritime customers' vessels.

Key aspects of your role will include coordinating multiple service jobs simultaneously in a cost-efficient way, prioritizing customer satisfaction through proactive feedback and analysis of service records. You will also be responsible for coordinating Service Orders from order acceptance to invoice payment, acting as the first point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders, and outsourced agents during project execution.

Additionally, you will ensure that Service Engineers, parts, and tools are available on site, request travel documents, and book hotels as needed. You will also be responsible for ensuring completeness and processing of orders, job files, and closing orders when technically complete.
