Filipinas-Global Multi-Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our fleet of vehicles.

• Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent mechanical failures and ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
• Diagnostic and Repair Services: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and repair complex mechanical issues, including engine, transmission, and electrical system problems.
• Component Replacement and Installation: Replace and install new components, such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems, as needed.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs and maintenance meet our high standards.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our workshop controller and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.

• Education and Experience: A minimum of 3 years of higher education in a relevant field, such as automotive engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in diagnostic tools and equipment, as well as experience with heavy vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Language Skills: A communicative level of English is required.
• Additional Requirements: Experience with Scania, DAF, Iveco, Volvo, and Mercedes truck brands is highly desirable.
