About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to join our team at Campus Scandinavia. As a key member of our supply chain and commercial back-office team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely entry into our ERP system.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize stock levels.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Freight Forwarding: Monitor and manage freight forwarders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all shipments, including customs clearance and other regulatory requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to supply chain operations, working closely with internal stakeholders to find solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as supply chain management or logistics.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Language: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English.
